Shipping Policy

For an unparalleled customer experience, we deliver each product to you personally. We currently offer delivery, installation and assembly services only in Bangalore. 

Depending on the product, ABEsquare ensures the delivery of the order within 2-3 weeks. While we try to ensure that the product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, there may be extenuating circumstances that would delay the delivery. At this point, do contact us at hi@abesquare.com or you can call our Helpdesk at   +91 9886 78 0059if we have not already communicated to you the reason for the delay.

 

Before delivery:

You will be contacted in advance by a member of our Delivery team, who will inform you on the day and time of delivery. Please make sure all access points to your house and the rooms are clear of obstacles, for smooth placement of the products purchased by you. For all products that require wall installation, please decide before the arrival of the delivery team on where you would like the product to be installed. In case, any prior approvals are

needed for wall drilling, please take the required permissions. This will ensure that there is no wastage of time once our Delivery team reaches your house. You should also ensure that there is someone in your property to receive and sign for the furniture.

 

After delivery:

Please check on all external surfaces across the product for any breakages, cracks, unfinished patches, or insect infestations. In case there is some dust or a lack of shine, our team will be able to fix this immediately by applying a coat of wood polish or by rubbing the surface with a cloth. For all products that involve assembly, our delivery team will assemble the product and ensure that all the nuts and bolts are present and fit well. After the assembly and placement is done, please check the item purchased by you and ensure that it is done to your satisfaction.

We ensure that the product that is delivered to you is of the highest quality. However, if by any chance, you receive a damaged product, please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately.
