Q. What are the payment options which ABEsquare provides me?
A. At ABEsquare, we have tied up with payment gateway CitrusPay which has partnered with all of
established banks. At the time of delivery, we also support Credit/Debit cards and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Q. Is it safe to use my credit card, debit card or net banking?
A. We have made all efforts to ensure that our clients’ information is protected. We have teamed up with CitrusPay which has a PCI‐DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) certification. This means that the information of your credit/debit card and net‐ banking details is secure at all times.
Q. What does PCI‐DSS certified mean?
A. It means that no matter what the transaction, your information is safe and secure and no one can access the information but you. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI‐DSS) is a trademarked information security standard for organizations that handle cardholder information for debit, credit, e‐purse, ATM and POS cards. The standard was created to increase controls around cardholder data.
Q.Why is the Cash On Delivery not an option for all products on ABEsquare?
A. As all our products are ‘made to order’, we have to give a part payment to our merchants before the product is finished. Hence, COD is not available on products which are over Rs. 10,000.
Q.Can I shop at ABEsquare using an international credit card?
A. At this point, it is not yet possible. However, we expect to introduce this feature in the near future.
Q. Do you charge for the Cash on Delivery (COD) option and are there are any terms and conditions?
A. The COD option is a free of cost service that we offer currently. However, we do not accept foreign currency as a
form of payment. The COD payment has to be done in (INR) Indian Rupees. ABEsquare coupons and store credit cannot be used while paying for items using COD.
Q. Does ABEsquare retain my card or account details?
A. ABESquare does not save any of the clients’ card or banking details. These are first authorized by the payment gateway and then the bank or card companies without passing through us.
Q. Will I be asked to provide any card information, account information or passwords over phone or email?
A. At no point will ABEsquare ever ask any details related to your card or account over the telephone or over email. In case you receive any such call or email, please do not share any information.
